Welcome to The Lisa Michelle Memorial Fund!

I can’t believe this is finally happening! The Lisa Michelle Memorial Fund has been a dream of mine for a long time and I’m in a place where I can finally make that dream a reality.

I wanted to take this time to tell you what some of our goals are for The LMM Fund. The primary purpose of the fund is provide scholarships to students who have lost a parent to substance abuse, whether it was caused by drug, alcohol, or prescription drug addiction.

Our short-term goal is to award (1) $1,000 scholarship per year to a student who has met all the application requirements and has been chosen by the selection committee. In the long-term we’d like to award (5) $1,000 scholarships per year.

The leadership team also has plans to work with organizations that are committed to helping families whose lives have been impacted by addiction. If enough funds are available, we’d like to offer grants to these types of organizations.
