Dear Lisa Michelle Memorial Fund Friends and Supporters,

September 20th will mark the 2nd Anniversary of the Lisa Michelle Memorial Fund.

To celebrate our 2nd year, I’m asking for your support. We have set a goal of raising $1,000 during the month of September. Any amount you can provide will help us reach our goal, whether it’s $10, $25, $50 or $100 dollars.

Sign ups for the LMM Fund 2nd Annual Softball Tournament! Winning team receives a trophy and LMM Fund Championship T-Shirts. 2nd place team receives LMM Fund T-Shirts.

When: Saturday, August 5, 2017
Loction: Glendale Sports Complex
Time: 9 am – 5 pm (playing times vary)

Co-ed Slow Pitch Softball Tournament
4-6 Teams
$275 Team Registration Fee Plus Umpire Fees ($26 per team/per game)
Glendale Bat Rules/Regulations being used

Snack Bar will be open and we will provide free cold waters to all participants and spectators!
